i have a hero glamour 2015 model. very weak headlight while bike is running, very weak horn and experiencing missing. the bike has new spark plug, rr unit, battery, new headlight bulb, tail light bulb. i checked voltage at battery terminal, its within the needed range. but experiencing other issues.. wonder what happened. is it the alternator? CDI?

2011model unicorn ആണ് എനിക്ക്.. ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ വണ്ടി fuel കിട്ടാതെ അറക്കുന്നു... രാവിലെ vandi എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ വണ്ടി കുറച്ചു നേരത്തേക്ക് തുമ്മുന്നു.... വണ്ടി തണുത്തിട്ട് എപ്പോൾ എടുത്താലും ഇത് തന്നെ അവസ്ഥ...വല്ലാണ്ട് തുമ്മുന്നു...ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ ചെയുന്നത് choke വലിച്ചു വെച്ച് കുറച്ചു ദൂരം ഓടിക്കുന്നു... എന്നിട്ട് engine ചൂടവുമ്പോ ചോക്ക് release ചെയ്യുന്നു... വണ്ടി ചൂടായാൽ pinnei missing കാണിക്കില്ല... അത് തന്നാണ് ഏറ്റോം വല്യ വിഷയം.. workshop വരെ വണ്ടി ഓടിച്ചെല്ലുമ്പോ ചൂടായിട്ടുണ്ടാവും.. അപ്പോൾ അവർ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും കാണില്ല... ഞാൻ 1, 2 സ്ഥലത്ത് പോയർന്നു.. കാര്യം ഉണ്ടായില്ല... അവർ carburator clean ചെയ്തു, carbuerator ലെ butter fly slide ( diaphragm ) മാറി.. pinnei fuel tank clean ചെയ്തു... spark plug, airfilter, ithellam replace ചെയ്തു.. ഓയിൽ പുതിയത് ആണ്... എന്നിട്ടും മാറാനില്ല... ഞാൻ ഒരു workshop കാരനെ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞത് ignition coil ഉം plug adapter ഉം replace ചെയ്യാൻ ആണ്... cdi unit ഇന്റെ ആയിരിക്കില്ല എന്നാണ് അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞത്.. കാരണം cdi unit ഇന്റെ ആണേൽ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കുമ്പോൾ എപ്പോഴും missing വരുമത്രെ.. എനിക്ക് വണ്ടി ഓടി ചൂടായാൽ അങ്ങനെ ഇല്ലാത്ത കൊണ്ട് അതാവില്ലന്നു... അങ്ങനെ ആണ് അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞേ.... ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ carbuerator, plug okei clean ചെയ്യാൻ liqui moly യുടെ fuel system cleaner( fuel additive, പെട്രോൾ ഇൽ mix ആക്കുന്നത് ) use ചെയ്തു... എന്നിട്ടും പഴയ പോലെ തന്നെ പിന്നെ ആകെ വ്യത്യാസം വന്നത് മൈലേജ് കുറച്ചു കൂടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്... കറന്റ്‌ ഇന്റെ issue ആയിരിക്കുവോ ആരെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് reply ചെയ്യൂ plz.... എന്നിട്ട് ഇനി ക്യാഷ് മുടക്കാം എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചു ഇരിക്കുവാ... വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കാൻ ആണേൽ ഒരു സുഖവും ഇല്ല... സാധാരണ വണ്ടികൾ reserve ഇൽ ആവുമ്പോൾ തുമ്മില്ലെ അതുപോലെ വരുവാ... 😣😣😣😣😣😣

Bro, എന്റെ ഒരു hero honda cbz body, meter അങ്ങനെ full അഴിച്ചു paint ചെയ്ത് പുതിയതുപോലെ ആക്കി.. പക്ഷെ അതിൽ lights, horn, എല്ലാം പഴയപോലെ work ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്.. പക്ഷെ start ആവാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്.. അഥവാ start ആയാൽ വണ്ടി തനിയെ rpm കൂടി നിൽക്കും... എന്നിട്ട് തനിയെ engine off ആകും... start ആയി race ആയി നിൽക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് accelerator കൊടുത്താൽ rpm കൂടുന്നില്ല. ഇത് എന്താ പ്രശ്നം എന്ന് പറയാമോ....?

Throttle response കുറയാൻ കാരണം cdi unit complaint ആണോ? Air pull ചെയ്യുന്ന sound മാത്രമേ ഒരു 3second കേൾക്കുന്നുള്ളു അതിനു ശേഷം rpm rise ആകുന്നുണ്ട്, കുറച്ചു ഓടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഈ scene ഇല്ല. എന്തായിരിക്കും ഇതിനു കാരണം (air filter, vaccum piston, spark plug & clutch plates എല്ലാം changed )

അങ്ങനെ ആകണം എന്നില്ല. Air filter clogged ആണോ എന്ന് നോക്കണം. throttle body, carburettor ഒന്ന് ക്ളീൻ ആക്കി നോക്കുക, spark plug കൂടി നോക്കണം.

ബ്രോ എന്റേത് 2006 മോഡൽ passion plus blue. ഇപ്പോൾ renew കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഹോണും ലൈറ്റും ചിലപ്പോൾ മാത്രം പവർ ഉണ്ട്. ചിലപ്പോൾ down ആകും. ആറു മാസത്തിനിടെ cd യൂണിറ്റ് 2തവണ മാറ്റി. ബാറ്ററി പുതിയത് മാറ്റി. പക്ഷേ ലൈറ്റും സൗണ്ടും ചിലപ്പോൾ മാത്രം കിട്ടുന്നു. Runningil ലൈറ്റ് കൂടിയും കുറഞ്ഞും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

എനിക്ക് 2014 മോഡൽ സിബി യൂണികോൺ ആണ് ഉള്ളത്. മിസ്സിംഗ് ഒരുവശത്ത് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കൂടി ഇപ്പോൾ എന്നെ അലട്ടുന്ന പ്രധാന പ്രശ്നം തുടരെ തുടരെ battery മാറി വയ്ക്കേണ്ട ഗതികേടാണ്. വാറൻ്റി യില് ഉൾപ്പെട്ടകൊണ്ട് battery മാറി കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും, ഇതിൻ്റെ മൂലകാരണം കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാൻ ഇതുവരെ കോട്ടയത്തെ 2 അംഗീകൃത ഷോറൂമുകൾ ടെ സർവീസ് സെൻ്റർ il സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. 2 സ്ഥലത്തും വച്ച് RR unit പുതിയത് വച്ച് നോക്കിയെങ്കിലും battery യിലേക്ക് വരുന്ന current 14.9 vare okke കേറി പോകുന്നുണ്ട്. battery കടയിലെ ചേട്ടൻ പറയുന്നത് ഇത് over current ആണ് ,അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ബാറ്ററി പോകുന്നത് എന്നാണ്.. But service center il പറയുന്നത് current കൂടുതൽ ഒന്നും ഇല്ല എന്നാണ്. എന്തായാലും 3 മാസത്തിനിടെ ഇതിപ്പോൾ 3 ആമത്തെ ബാറ്ററി ആണ്. . ഇതും ഇപ്പൊൾ weak aayi. self എടുക്കുന്നില്ല. 2 ആഴ്ചയെ ആയൊള്ളു പുതിയത് വച്ചിട്ട്. പുതിയ RR unit വച്ച് നോക്കിയിട്ടും പഴയ സ്ഥിതി ആയാകൊണ്ട് അവർ അത് മാറിയില്ല.. CD unit nte കാര്യം ആരും പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടില്ല അവിടെയൊന്നും. (വണ്ടിക്ക് മൈലേജ് 35-40 ഒക്കെ ആയി കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് അടുത്തിടെ.) ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ എന്നെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് ഹെൽപ് ചെയ്യാമോ? ഫോൺ : 9497494513.

Ente 2012 model Unicorn ആണ്. ഞാൻ സൗദിയിൽ പോകുമ്പോ കയറ്റി ഇട്ടു പോയതാ ഇനലെ വണ്ടി ഇറക്കി start ആവുന്നില്ല mekanic കാണിച്ചു അപ്പൊ പറഞ്ഞു Carburettor clean ചെയ്യണം എന്ന്. Cdi comlant ആണെന് പറഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ ബാറ്ററി connection ഉഴിവകാതെ യാണ് കയറ്റി വച്ചത്. ഇപ്പൊ എല്ലാം ശരിയാക്കി വരുമ്പോൾ 2800 രൂപ ആയി

ചേട്ടാ എന്റെ വണ്ടി 2019 മോഡൽ യൂണികോർണ് ആണ്..10000 km കഴിഞ്ഞു.4 സർവിസ് കഴിഞ്ഞു..60 km സ്പീഡിന് മുകളിൽ പോകുമ്പോൾ പെട്രോൾ തീർന്നു അറക്കുന്നത് പോലെ ആവുന്നു..ഓഫ്‌ ആകുന്നു..50 mileage കിട്ടിയിരുന്ന ഇടത് ഇപ്പോൾ 38 മറ്റോ ആണ് mileage കിട്ടുന്നത്...അടുത്തുള്ള mechanic നെ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു,പുള്ളി പറയുന്നത് carborateril വെള്ളം കയറിയത് ആവാൻ ആണ് ചാൻസ് എന്നാണ്..എന്റെ വണ്ടിയുടെ clutchum അക്‌സിലേറ്റർum tight ആണ്..അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇങ്ങനെ വല്ല problem ഉണ്ടാവാൻ ചാൻസ് ഉണ്ടോ

Starting trouble CDI failure കൊണ്ട് ആകണം എന്നില്ല. Ignition coil, spark plug fault, HT cord എല്ലാം നോക്കണം. CDI യൂണിറ്റ് പെട്ടെന്ന് പോകുന്നെങ്കിൽ RR unit കൂടി ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തു മാറുന്നത് നല്ലതാണു.

ഹലോ.. എന്റെ ബൈക്ക് ഹോണ്ട യൂണിക്കോൻ 150 CC 2013 മോഡൽ ആണ്. 2020 വരെ കുഴപ്പം ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ ഓടുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അത് കഴിഞ്ഞു ആണ് മിസ്സിംഗ്‌ തുടങ്ങിയത്. ഒരു workshop ൽ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ, കാർബൊറേറ്റർ ഇളക്കി ക്ലീൻ ആക്കിയ ശേഷം, vaccum piston മാറണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അങ്ങനെ അത് വാങ്ങി മാറി. പക്ഷെ, മിസ്സിംഗ്‌ മാറിയില്ല. വീണ്ടും വർക്ക്‌ ഷോപ്പ് ൽ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ എയർ ഫിൽറ്റർ ഉം spark plug ഉം മാറണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് അതും മാറി. But missing maariyilla. Last, honda service center il കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ head decarbonization cheyyanam enn പറഞ്ഞിട്ട്, അതും ചെയ്തു.. മിസ്സിംഗ്‌ മാറിയില്ല... ലാസ്റ്റ് കാർബൊറേറ്റർ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ആണ്. പുതിയത് വാങ്ങണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു... ക്യാഷ് ഇല്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ട് vangathe kondu nadannu.. 1 week munp, new carborator assembly vaangi maari.. Athinte koode air filter, spark plug, engine oil um maari... പക്ഷെ മിസ്സിംഗ്‌ മാറുന്നില്ല.... മോർണിങ് സ്റ്റാർട്ടിങ് trouble ഉണ്ട്. Choke valichu vechu 1 minute kazhinjale bike idle aaku.. But, choke off aakiyal.. Bike off aakum.. Running il nalla missing aanu.. ഇതിപ്പോ എന്താ കാര്യം എന്ന് മനസിലാകുന്നില്ല... ഒത്തിരി workshop ൽ ഒക്കെ കാണിച്ചു മടുത്തിട്ടാണ് ലാസ്റ്റ് corborator മാറിയത്. ഇതിപ്പോ, അത് ചെയ്തിട്ടും നോ raksha.... ഇന്ന് youtube ൽ ഒത്തിരി വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടു കണ്ട് ലാസ്റ്റ് ഈ വീഡിയോ ൽ എത്തി... ഇത് വരെ ഒരു workshop യിലും CDI യൂണിറ്റ് ന്റെ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞില്ല.. ഇനി അതും കൂടിയേ ചേഞ്ച്‌ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉള്ളു. Pulling ഒന്നും പ്രോബ്ലം ഇല്ല. But, running ile മിസ്സിംഗ്‌ ആണ് പ്രശ്നം... ഒരു solution പറഞ്ഞു തന്നു ആരെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് help ചെയ്യാമോ....

plug wire മാത്രമല്ല ബാറ്ററി വയറും atleast -ve wire disconnect ചെയ്തിട്ട് വേണമായിരുന്നു welding ചെയ്യാൻ. Smell ചിലപ്പോ പെയിന്റ് കരിഞ്ഞതോ, welding ചെയ്തതിന്റെയോ ആകാം. പെട്രോൾ അറയ്ക്കൽ, no throttle response എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് ഇതുമായി ബന്ധമുണ്ടാകാൻ വഴിയില്ല.
