good thing is no (almost none) Indians would listen to this, good thing for China. 4 things that China has India does not. 1. stealthy fighters, 2. hypersonic missiles, 3. attacking drones. 4, electro magnetic warfare (such as J16D). some of them had been used in 2019 air war, in which India AWACS found multiple F 16, in fact there were no that many, then found some of them disappeared, IAF believed they were shot down, actually they were fooled by faked signals issued by PAF (with China's strategic supporting brigade presence at the boarder).

the problem is, with all the respect for telling the true problem for India, however, this is no solution for all of these. since it 1. needs to change its anti China policy, which is impossible. 2, need all the industries to come up with good weapons which is also impossible. 3. it needs R&D investment, again, which is not possible. 4. or to buy all the advanced weapons to match up with China's again , it is impossible, since 1). no one to sell, 2), cannot afford to buy.

If Chinese were so smart they would have a better handle on their economy. It's a Ponzi economy which is now sputtering. There military equipment's have not been tested. Actual war is very different than simulated war on computers. Mighty Americans were brought to knees by Taliban's. Americans took years to develop a ballpoint pen for their astronauts to write in space while Russians found nothing writing using pencil. Chinese are good at copying but not at developing new ideas. Indians under pressure can be extremely creative. I think under Modi India is going to get there sooner than later.
