@@manikandans8479 I built my house in 1994 @ Rs. 100/- per sqft, that time usual RCC structure cost about 400/- per sqft. Less than 50% .

@@vishnu.bharath I have used lime stabilised mud blocks, concrete door & window frames, bison board doors, filler slab roofing and Athankudi flooring tiles. The house is very comfortable even after 30 years

House design and execution is really good. However i feel that house interiors could be better. Eg : In hall, instead of cement sofa, thy would have put modern wooden sofa etc etc
