✨Jimin’s name is credited in 6/7 songs, writing & composing for his already successful, record breaking 2nd album, MUSE. Jimin is also credited producing a few of the songs. Though not credited for song “Who” from his MUSE album, Jimin is always hands on, coming up with the concept of the song, what he wanted the lyrics to be about & mean. At the studio alongside of other producers, overseeing, giving input on every level. The concept, storyline & look & feel of MV was also Jimin’s vision, his idea. Jimin even was the one who did the choreography! The look of the MV, the concept, overseeing the filming & directing as well! Also the staging & placement of the dancing in the MV, as well as the filming Jimin also oversaw! Your smile at the end of SGMB said it all. I can not watch that video without having my mood lifted. Charming is a terrific description, and WHO is such a bop. The choreo is fantastic, and the aesthetic is cool. Like you said, two great songs, but also two very different songs. I love this analysis and reaction, I hope Jimin sees it! Esp that you appreciated SGMB! I love the song and the MV. It’s just so Jimin. So Joyful. It is live! The behind is so much fun to watch. The MV concept was Jimin’s and in the behind he talked about how it turned out exactly how he envisioned it. Watching him make changes and adjust things as the MV is filmed was eye opening. Jimin was also heavily involved in the choreo and the MV direction for Who. He wanted it to be like a musical. And I felt like it was. There’s an interesting behind for it as well. It was shot on a set in Hungary. He arrived in the evening, they were supposed to film the next day, but a big storm was coming in, so they filmed it overnight that night. When I first saw it I thought his lips looked blue and I wondered if that was a deliberate choice for make up, although it seemed odd. Turned out, they were just frozen

❣another fun fact other then Jimin being the one whose voice was the announcer, at the beginning of SGMB, is that the “backup band” consists of legendary, genius producer Pdogg, who worked with BTS since beginning as producer & songwriter, also producers GHSTLOOP and EVAN, all 3 also worked alongside with Jimin, who also wrote the lyrics, composed, & helped produce his first solo album, 2023’s FACE, which peaked at #2 on the billboard 200 chart, as well as for MUSE his 2nd album released July 19. During the documentary for FACE, there was even a fun quiz segment where all 4 named themselves Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, which at the time, no one had any idea other then it was just for fun! 👍❤‍🔥🥰🤩🌟💫✨

Jimin flew to Hungary to shoot this video. He went straight to the location to start shooting. He was supposed to start the following day, but they had to start immediately because of the weather. It was very cold out. Because money is never an object, they go to places all over the world to film and record.

❣️Jimin’s “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band”, is basically an ever so uplifting, filled with joy & happiness, love song, that Jimin started working on immediately after finishing his first album FACE. Since it was a darker themed album, dealing with all his thoughts, feelings, & what he was going through during the pandemic, he wanted his 2nd album ti be more lighthearted & joyful, and filled with theme of love. This song mainly for army who he references numerous times, like when mentioning “it started on June 12”, which was the actual debut of BTS where they met army for first time during a performance showcase. BTS official debut performance was next day on June 13. Also in the dance, the choreography, including the one for the dance challenge on tiktok, Jimin is even doing in sign language, the hand signs, for LOVE, while dancing, ❤️ 👍🙏🥰☺️

You’ll get to see just how hand on, how much Jimin was involved with every facet of making this MV! From not only concept & storyline beforehand, but also overseeing the filming & directing, also created the choreography so already had visualized where all the placement of dancers, including himself would be! I’m sure you’ll enjoy watching it as well! Indeed, even though after flying all the way to Hungary, where as Jimin mentioned in ‘Jimin MUSE Dance Practice Behind’, (where you can see Jimin creating the choreography), he was originally planning to rehearse all placement, & choreo all night before actual filming, next evening, but being that word got out about the storm coming very next day, they ended up filming that very night immediately after Jimin & crew got off plane and arrived to the set! Jimin had everything worked out so well, that by the time the actual MV was filmed, it all went so fast, & so smoothly, especially since they had way less time to film since the storm was coming the next day! Without the rehearsal he was originally planning to do! But it all went so smoothly since Jimin indeed planned everything so well he already visualized everything! Jimin so impressively & amazingly crammed so much in, trying to get as much content out, all before he left for the military the end of last yr! Writing lyrics, composing melodies, producing many songs, but if not credited always still participating, also coming up with concepts ideas, for look of MV’s as well as overseeing the filming & directing as well! ❣️The song, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, also is in reference, an homage to the Beatles, as well as Beatles album Sgt Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band, which Jimin used as inspiration, even singing lyrics “I want to hold your hand”! An excellent clue already happened in the vid: “A Day with Jimin in NYC by vogue, (perhaps you might want to watch it), which was basically a behind the scene, filmed during the time Jimin debuted “Like Crazy” on Jimmy Fallon show last yr. same day his album FACE dropped. It showed Jimin, before going to a dance practice, rehearsing Like Crazy for Fallon tonight show, going to a record store, along with producer Pdogg, who worked along side of Jimin throughout both albums FACE & MUSE. where Jimin pulled out that very record by the Beatles Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club album, even holding it up. It seemed sort of unexpected? Now I wonder if it was planted there? ✨The difference with Jimin, is that he writes his own lyrics, composes, & involved with producing most all his songs, which sets him apart, from many other artists, who are given the already created song, to do the vocals & perform. As well as even legendary, famous artists from now & in past who have indeed written or produced songs, but not all the other things Jimin has also been hands on with, like even creating his own choreography for “Who”’, as well as so much more, behind the scenes! This is aside from Jimin’s spectacular breathtaking vocal abilities, & equally on another level, mesmerizingly stunning dancing, Jimin also, unlike other artists, even created his own choreography! Jimin is credited to have written lyrics & composed 6/7 songs from his 2nd, already successful, record breaking album MUSE, which indeed he also did for his equally successful, still charting 1st album FACE. Jimin is also credited with producing some of his songs. Like his song “Rebirth” that he’s so impressively also credited as lyricist & composer, aside from having credit as one of the producers. Jimin is credited producing, with the exception of a couple of songs. Even on Jimin’s previous FACE album, though Jimin wasn’t credited producing, aside from Jimin composing most melodies, & pretty much writing all the lyrics, he indeed was involved, participating, as shown in Jimin’s FACE production documentary. Which is where Jimin went to film the live performance. Jimin’s vocals live, which you can tell, are always even more amazing, since still able to do so with all that equally amazing dancing such with such strenuous choreo. As well as equally amazing during the Live Clip for both his songs from his Muse Album “Rebirth “ as well as “Slow Dance”. JIMIN also flew to Hungary, only for a couple of days just to film the “Who” MV, which he also created and oversaw the choreography for, all , more recently, just months before going into the military, end of last yr. and nobody new about it, all for around a couple of yrs. Only time we all heard anything is when ppl he worked with, like the famous producers in LA as well as in NY, posted photos or just comments praising Jimin, while working alongside of him, mentioning as well being so excited about the project they were working on. Not to mention just how diverse, all the different genres , styles of music, like “Be Mine” with amazing, ever so seductive, tantalizing, Afro beat, with Latin feel mixed in! Or “Rebirth”which is R&B, with gospel feel, along with choir in background. There were even when backup dancers posted things that ppl found, saw, so word somewhat got out. But yet, when finally FACE album came out, even then not a one of those producers were involved with any of those songs in FACE. Now we all know that it was for Jimin’s second album MUSE, all those songs, that all those producers were excited about & referring to. But who would have thought that Jimin was already working on second album as well way back then in 2022. Jimin so impressively & amazingly crammed so much in, trying to get as much content out, all before he left for the military the end of last yr! Sofia Carson was even flown in secretly to Seoul, S. Korea 🇰🇷, to film the Live Clip “Slow Dance” performance but that was also kept a secret til now! Writing lyrics, composing melodies, producing many songs, but if not credited always still participating, also coming up with concepts ideas, for look of MV’s as well as overseeing the filming & directing as well! Jimin even created the choreography for his song “Who”. Jimin also is involved in design of album covers, and choosing concept & look during photoshoots! To work on creating all this music, all this content non stop for almost a couple yrs is beyond mind boggling to think about! But I’m so grateful, so thankful that he did, so we can all appreciate & enjoy his on another level sheer masterful artistry while he’s away in the military til June of 2025! 🫶🙏👍❤‍🔥🔥😅🥵🫠🤩😍🎉✨💫

Re: the falling "something" that looks suspiciously like an Easter egg: 1. There are various speculations about whose eye we are seeing, whether Jungkook's or Taehyung's. Or someone else's. I think no one really knows, lol. 2. "Keep going," could refer to a Jimin quote ARMY has kept alive by repeating it as a compliment and/or an encouragement. In an interview, BTS were asked what they would tell their younger self if they could time travel. Jimin's answer: "Jimin, you nice. Keep going!" Cedric, you nice! Keep going!

For me I took the dock area as men usually congregate in alleys, on street corners, on the docks etc, places they go to hang out and talk about their girls. So he went back to "the guys' place" to talk about this girl he's imagining and do they think he's crazy or just hasn't found her. I think the women are images he has in his head of different ideas of that perfect girl.

Who was filmed in Budapest. They had to shoot the same night he flew into town because a big storm was coming. Also, I have a 32 yr old and twin 30 yr old daughters--Anastasia was played for YEARS! Love it.

This MV was shot at an outdoor set in Budapest. Jimin came up with the choreo. That "cool choreo movement" in my interpretation symbolises the intimate connections that Jimin have been trying to make but they failed and he has to move on. And then there were several after that which were more fleeting connections. Jimin never say that he has anxiety but if we follow him we know that he do. From asking for a roommate so that he wont be alone, to saying many times how nervous he is before a performance, to fellow members showing up to support him for his solos and him saying he feels better with them around.
