Gonna go through a list of references in order of appearance because why not? 1. Barrage clash in the beginning is the test of attack rushes. Pretty obv. 2. 1:35 Jotaro flying. Not exactly a reference, but in the anime they fly around a *lot*. Not gonna be repeating this glitch every time it occurs. 3. 2:08 Jotaro attempts to beat the crap out of dio with his 236AA before dio stops time. 4. 2:18 not even 10 seconds later dio gets his head busted open by a 214AA 5. 3:16 Knife barrage, which jotaro cannot punch away, and then dies to. Classic scene in the original fight. 5.5 3:44 A subtle reference to Michael Jackson in which dio attempts a standing moonwalk. His feet move, but his body does not. Also he's floating. Last time I bring this up I swear. 6. 3:56 "THIS IS MY ESCAPE ROUTE JOTARO!!! DON'T YOU REMEMBER THIS STREET!?" Followed by a "THIS IS THE GREATEST HIGH!" 7. 4:20 This may be a reference to a scene just before dio is punched away by star platinum in which he attempts to pull out a knife and use the world, but is instead blown away by star platinum's fist. Though it's out of order in the actual fight, it's still a good reference to include in the list. 8. 4:27 entirely possible this is a reference to joseph having his blood sucked, or the lady in the store, as I don't remember dio ever getting any blood from jotaro. Could also just be a quick startup opening BA6AC 9. 4:36 another barrage clash that happened after dio went high. It's supposed to happen in timestop, and is followed by jotaro getting the crap beaten out of him, but there's only so much a TAS fight can do. 10. 6:20 a final barrage clash before the road roller. 11. 6:40 ROADA ROLLA DA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA 12. 6:47 Jotaro stops time and kicks dio in the legs. great attention to detail! 13. 7:22 Dio attempts a stand on 5C before being killed by Star Platinum's 214AA. Dramatic Finish! 14. 7:28 "There's one reason you lost, Dio. One simple reason: you pissed me off."

Star Platinum is infact able to go out of its effective 2 meter range but gets weaker as it goes further from Jotaro. This may seem viable at first, but when you consider that Star Platinum is insanely powerful when within its 2 meter range, its better to just let it stay within that range.
