Is Wa white close to lexicon quater

Not sure, but its also called Queensland builders white, been used for over 20 years

How do you fix the spray runs?

If your referring to the gloss enamel, wait for it to dry, hit it with 180 sandpaper and water

Yes acrylic gloss sands back with 180 grit and spray water, make sure its dry
