This Chair Yoga Dance video celebrates the life of a wonderful woman, Esme. Esme came to Yoga in her mid 70's and I will never forget the words she told me....
"I was never an athletic person growing up, and I hardly ever danced. But, when I found Chair Yoga, I felt at home. There was no competition and it was so much fun!"
Her favorite Chair Yoga Dance was Somewhere Over the Rainbow. So, I went into my video archives and found a version that has Esme dancing (white sweater) and enjoying herself so much! And I even slipped in another dance for us all to enjoy in her honor! Enjoy!
