Chair Yoga Dance Recital - Part 3: Standing - Sherry Zak Morris & the Yoga Vista Chair Yoga Dancers

This is Part 3 of the Chair Yoga Dance Recital. It starts with a seated Sun Salutation series which is a Moving Meditation that will bring you a calm and peace into your being. Then we stand up for two fun and lively Standing Chair Yoga Dances. Remember, you can always remain seated and just do the arm movements. No matter what... just have fun, and sing and dance along with us!
