Happy Independence Day! You had me laughing with feeding the revolver.

Thanks for the visit, Preacher. Good to see you. I love my .45 pistols and my .357s also. God Bless you. I must say, your beard looks good. If I still lived a colder climate, I might regrow my beard. But since I have moved to Texas, I don’t want hot facial hair in the summer. My mustache is all I will grow. Haha.

Looks like you shoot that .45 better than the .357. My first pistol was a Thompson Auto Ordnance USGI 1911A1 .45ACP (Auto). I just call it a .45. Haha. I worked that pistol up into a good bowling pin gun for club matches. Tightened it up, ramp job, recoil guide rod spring buffer kit, and Pachmayr rubber wrap around grips. Wish I still had it. Well my Thompson was American made by Numrich Arms back in the '80s when I got it before Kahr Arms bought them out in 1999. My second pistol was a Taurus model 85 snub nose for a backup. I shoot autos well but I shoot revolvers better. Thanks for sharing and happy freedom day.
