It can't get much better than spending Christmas day at the beach with your family. What you call lechon, we called pulled pork. Definitely good stuff. You sure feed Brian good. IDEA: teach the kids how a rocket stove works. Rockets stoves use the physics of a vacuum and draft. This kind of stove burns 75% better and hotter, result is, less wood used and smoke emitted. Best... Less work gathering sticks.

Lot... Great job making a fire. 95% of all kids in the USA will never learn how to build a fire from small twigs to bigger wood. They will never ever learn how to search for dry wood. Some kids might learn how to start a fire with gas and a $30.00 bag of charcoal. Really... $30.00 for a med bag of charcoal and $8.00 for starting fuel. Great job.
