This June, 28 of you joined my first retreat! It was truly beautiful, sending a lot of love and gratitude.
You came from Europe, Iceland, the USA to a Permaculture community land near Glastonbury. For 4 days we meditated, did Qi Gong, explored ideas, danced, sang around the fire, and ate beautiful food.
The first time this community came from the digital into the physical for an extended period.
Here’s Sophie’s experience:
“I managed to truly relax and enjoy, and lose myself (and my usually stickily clinging self-consciousness) during our ecstatic tai-chi dancing on the grass under the setting sun and when singing and laughing together by the fire at night. I am so grateful for this experience and to everyone who was a part of it.”
