Granny reminds me of my mama 😢. My mom’s hair was white and cut like Granny’s, so was my grandma’s. I know you all cherish her, but I can’t help but stress that enough, to never take one moment for granted, when they are gone you miss everything about them, even their ornery side, and you think of everything you wish you did better , and everything of theirs becomes precious. There is no one like a loving mom, no one. My mama went to Jesus in 2020 on her mama’s birthday. She was 98 close to being 99. She could do for herself, had the sharpest mind, a great cook, until the last months of her sweet life, changes started happening more and more. I miss her so very much. At the end of her life she would call out for her mama, she always said you never get too old to want your mama, so it was fitting she went Home on her mama’s birthday. Thank you for sharing Granny with us all. Hold her close.

Touched my heart as there is no way expressing just how much. Bless all of you in the family. Such a beautiful patient, kind soul mate you have dear Tipper. Granny spreads such kindness and creates appreciation for her family. Such a dignified lady. My mother will be 102Sep 25th, her perfect mind and memories are an inspiration. We are all enjoying all the pretty crocheting my dear mom makes for us. I just adore each one of you. Blessed memories on you wedding anniversary and each day in good health with joy in your heart. Granny looks amazing. I love how Tipper lets her mother speak without interruptions. You videos are my favorite. I am old fashioned and so much is relatable to how nice the yesteryears were. Refreshing to see satisfied humble people who love each other. Stay healthy! Another best video.

Hello tipper. I'm sitting here with my 97 year old mother. We heartily approve of granny's love of white half runner beans. We are of the opinion that we haven't eaten green beans really unless they are white half runner beans. I crochet too, and understand the love Granny has for her work. Love to hear granny talk about her anniversary. And the dates on her pattern books😊

This really pulled at my heartstrings because she's so much like my precious mamaw who passed several years ago at 99 yrs old. Like Granny she was talented in crocheting (honorable mention - The Last Supper), cooking, baking her famous angel biscuits, cakes pies & scratch cobblers, gardening & canning, sewing full & queen size quilts, ruffled baby quilts and all the while giving us hugs & kisses with hands busy at work. Mmmm we often enjoyed fried chicken, fresh green beans with new potatoes, fried squash, cucumber salad, sliced tomatoes, & delicious corn bread at her table. So sorry that I have rambled on so but this video reminded me of my wonderful life & memories growing up. I'm 75 yrs old and just had a great grandson and I pray I can be half the mamaw to him that I had. Granny, you have an adoring & growing fan club from many of us who've lost someone precious much like yourself. God Bless You Abundantly & Your Loving Family.

I absolutely love granny!!!! She is the BEST!! I love listening to anything she has to say. Y'all sure are lucky to have her. My dad's mom died in 2001. We were expecting to lose her and I still miss her greatly, but I've dealt with it better than losing my mom's mother. We called her 'gran' and she was 82 when she died. She was killed in a car crash in 2017. I've still not gotten over losing her. I guess because I never got to say goodbye to her. She and two other friends always went out to eat together on Saturday evening. They were all life long friends, went to church together, and all had previously lost their husbands. It was always their night together. Our families are very close knit and it seems as though no one has gotten over it. They were all together in one car when they had a minor accident with a truck. No one else was hurt in the wreck and we were told that she had a minor leg injury. She was talking and seemed to have no other injuries. She was flown to the major hospital in Charlotte because of the distance. We thought that she would only be there overnight or something like that. She got to the hospital before we did because of the drive. They immediately put us in a room by ourselves. We were shocked when the doctor, a nurse, and a minister all entered the room and told us that she had died during the flight to the hospital. I don't even remember much about the hour long drive home. It was like I drove home on autopilot. We never really found out what happened and that is why I still haven't been able to move on. I still pick up the phone to call her and I can't bear to erase her message off the answering machine. Hold tight the ones you love, because they can be gone in an instant. Your granny reminds me so much of mine. The videos that she is in make me smile when I think of my 'gran'. I wish the two of them had gotten to meet. They would've become fast friends, I think. Thanks for the video Tipper.
