It is so wonderful being a grandparent. Our daughter had our 1st Granddaughter was born in January of 2000 and 3 months later our son and his wife had twin grandsons. We now have 6 grandsons and still only the 1 Granddaughter. Congratulations on your 2 grandsons. I am enjoying our youngest this summer for a couple weeks. He is 17. Loved the supper menu! I had fresh pinkeye purple hill peas yesterday. They were fabulous. Still waiting on the squash. Had a big slice of onion and cornbread with some chochow on the side…. Yummy. Do y’all make and eat chow how? I know y’all grow cabbage. I love it with beans! I hadn’t seen y’all eating sweet pickles. I love them with beans also. Y’all are some good supportive people… real family .. the way y’all take care of each other. I saw a pic of Corie and Woody… she’s in love!😂 As my great Aunt used to say… she was holding the only man she’d ever leave Austin for in her arms .😂 It’s true!
