Celebration bermuda still green, dormant bermuda, weird patterns in the lawn

It's time to say good night. As the cold weather approaches, you can expect your bermuda to turn brown very quickly. I recently had celebration bermuda installed and to my surprise, it was still holding onto its green. Only a few steps to do as the bermuda turns brown.

Celebration, in my opinion is the strongest Bermuda cultivar. It's one of the greenest, most dense and disease resistant strain I know of.

I have Tifway 419 and it held it’s color until the Georgia freeze we recently had. The green is a sign of a well feed and highly maintained lawn. Micro and macro nutrients along with bio char and compost application. Great Job!!

It's my first year with celebration. Hopefully I can maintain the current program for next year

What about overseeding with annual ryegrass?

So no humid acid to the lawn right now either?

You can apply humic anytime as it won't hurt. You would get more positive results in the growing season.
