As youtube becomes bigger and creators make more money, this will also happen to individual creators. The biggest creators in the world are all corporate structured. Also, regarding bollywood, the actors have become bigger than the industry and the movies. There isnt any need for good stories or direction cause star power pulls through. This is why movies from states like kerala, where there isnt an insane budget, are more down to earth and why many indians have enjoyed those movies.
