Aside from slapping a man live in front of everyone, which was in response to a joke he laughed at before looking over at his wife. If it was a man who stopped his wife from laughing and made her feel like she had to physically respond, it’d be fair to say there’s likely some emotional abuse going on and I think many would agree, but he’s a man so who cares?

Kind of shows off the pretentious snob in me for liking this band, but I cannot believe Omar from the Mars Volta thought that Thomas Pridgen, who was in Wicked Wisdom immediately before, was a good enough candidate for a replacement drummer. Glad he moved on to bigger and better things that showed off his versatility. All love, but he was never a good fit, especially live (although I think his overplaying was intentional on Omar's part).
