I was 18 in 1988 when my pectus excavatum was repaired leaving a 7 inch horizontal scar and leaving major, permanent nerve damage and no feeling on my chest. I’m glad I did it at 18 and not waiting much longer. Additionally, I have Neurofibromatosis type 1 which is another thing I’ve lived with since birth.

Being too late in life for an operation to remove the discomfort mid-60s, consistent swim, gym and keeping slim. I've seen pulmonary and cardio doctors because I thought it must be a medical problem but it's all the pectus. Your videos are really motivating.

With my shirt off I always walk around tensing just slightly. Pulls my ribs in and then I actually look decent. I had ravitch and work out but still have a decent indent and flared ribs. Just try to make it the best I can...Btw another is Tommy Fury (mild PE).
