7:01 This is hummus not yoghurt. Hummus 是用 blender 將 chicpeas，一点芝麻醬 tahini sauce, garlic, 一点 lemon juice, salt, 一点水，olive oil 打成 paste 放盤中，再 drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with some paprika powder, 也可以 sprinkle 一点 cumin power (有些人不喜欢这味道), garnish with olive and coriander. 最 basic 做法。中东嘢來的。 沾 pita bread, cucumber, carrot 等吃。 酸酸的因为加了 lemon juice。

According to the menu, the risotto dish is supposed to have three types of mushrooms - truffled (I guess this means shaved truffle), huitlacoche (aka Mexican truffle; a disease called corn smut that attacks maize) and hen of the wood mushroom (sometimes called chicken of the woods mushroom because it looks and tastes like chicken meat). If you are in or near Mexico, I can give you more information on where to enjoy huitlacoche.

Please be patience. The ship is very very big with more than 10 restaurants. The ship has casino, pool, shopping, etc and of course a lot of beautiful views at the different New Zealand 🇳🇿 ports.
