I grew up with black rob. Yes he was real. And humble too. If it was you and just him. He would give you the shirt off his back. He was always around the hood. Jefferson projects! I remember him and g- dep always freestyling in the hood for everyone. Black rob was a good dude. When he passed whoa was playing like crazy all over east Harlem. From 125 street to 100 street. The hood was celebrating the life of black rob. Facts! It touched me he never left the hood even when he blew and moved to Jersey. He still had a crib 118 street east Harlem on top of the fish spot on 3rd Ave. I would pass by and see him. He would talk to me and say what up Mario I just got signed to badboy. I knew it was going down. Plus that expression on his face was priceless. He made it. To see him happy was the best thing for him. He changed a lot. And for the better. Thanks for sharing Black Rob's story. Taking him to the juice bar was probably not the best idea because his kidneys were not functioning properly, and he was not going to dialysis. The juice added more sugar to his system that was already overloaded.

"I dare you" was classic! I can't blame Diddy. Diddy was his employer, not his family member or his best friend. Labels create an illusion that these rappers are family and that's not true. It's up to you to be responsible with the money the you get along with proper lawyer representation. It's sad what happened to rob but just like many other artists, their business dealings are not up to par. If I quit a job, do you think my previous employer would support me if I'm not working for that company anymore? Not at all. Plus rob baby mamas sucked him dry. It's sad what happened to him but rob had demons.
