Brenda is acting royalty -- HOW CAN SHE NOT HAVE REPRESENTATION??? That is insane. Brenda, if you're reading this, you deserve more and better. You are adored.
@snarkyenigma92198 күн бұрын
I think we would be shocked to know how so many of our icons from yesteryear are now living very quiet lives, mostly retired, and yes, without the walls (representation) surrounding them. But the good news (for us) is that they are now much more accessible.

That was a fab interview, so very interesting and obviously you only just scratched the surface. There definitely needs to be a book, I’m just reading, well listening to Barbra reading her memoir on audible, it’s fab. I would love to read yours too Brenda 💛🙋🏽♀️👍🏽🤩
@snarkyenigma92193 күн бұрын
@@TheShmoo123 Ugh ... I was a huge Barbra fan back in the day, but the book was a huge disappointment, and listening to 40+ hrs. of her rambling in that nasal voice would be pure torture. She sounds like she's got a horrible (apparently permanent) cold.

Years ago when I lived in Los Angeles, there was a small taco restaurant near Melrose Avenue I think, this was in 1972 or around that time. I was either walking or driving around and had parked and was with my daughter and decided to grab something quick to eat, and we went into the small taco place that was very minimal but modern and I said she sitting there but Brenda Vaccaro and Michael Douglas. Very young and attractive both of them. I had read that they were dating. It seemed very odd that they would be in this particular tiny restaurant I think besides them there may have been four people in the place me and my daughter. Or perhaps I can’t remember clearly they had broken up and sure they were. or perhaps they broke up after the sighting and I wondered what was going on with their meeting at this place. Was it a nice neighborhood? I mean it was it was near Melrose, but LA was really stunning place in the 70s. I always like Vaccaro as an actor and was sorry that she and he broke up.
