@@Douelle777 Kaprizov is faster… I would say more of the speed of Kucherov, Nikita looks like he has speed but he just uses his edges a lot and is a very smart player always in the right spaces and always dishes the puck in the right places always aware of the play before it develops… I see the same in Demidov… I’m not saying Demidov will be as good as Kucherov because Kucherov is a special talent who got 100 assists which is not done very often, But I see more Kucherov/Patrick Kane in Demidov… I do not see any Kaprizov in Demidov…

Very impressive, constantly processing while the puck is on his stick. He’s got a blend of a lot of things we’ve seen with other top talents. He pulls the puck inside out like a certain player he’ll get to know well playing against. His hands and puck control are very similar to a former point per game Montreal player and countryman. He thinks the game ahead and will use fractions of a second to dart into spots on the ice. This is one insane pick for Montreal, next year, there will be a 1a and 1b lines, and the punch in 3 years is going to be insane this kid will be among the best by 22-23 years old because of the gain in strength, physical maturity, and core control over that time. This will rival Stephane Richer and the best years he had in Montreal

The Canadiens crossed their fingers last year by picking Reinbacher because they saw such a good defenseman in him for the future, they already saw Demidov in their soup last year and wanted him more than Michkov. They rolled the dice and won the jackpot. Yes They love Ivan the hockey player alot but Kent Hughes and the rest of the organisation love even more Ivan as a person. Amazing kid apparently with great character. Only the futur will tell, but I think the Canadiens we're extremely lucky. They are building an amazing team for the future and Demigod, sorry Demidov 😉 is exactly what the team was missing. A pure offensive talent.
