I have been eyeing this bag for a while because I'm just NOT feeling my speedy b 20. Your video has aided in my decision to sell my LV and get this Celine. I'm so excited and can't wait to get it and wear it! I also like that the triomphe canvas print is more subtle than the LV. I was considering the XL print too as it was the first one I actually saw, but this smaller size print pretty much nailed it! Thanks so much for sharing!

No, it could be an all-seasons bag. For me, it’s perfect for the fall and winter because of how it works with my wardrobe, but you could definitely wear it in the spring and summer (the tan leather trim is what would “lighten it up” for those seasons). Happy early birthday 🥳✨

Do you think the Louis Vuitton Cosmetic Pouch would fit?

I wouldn’t do it. According to their website, that pouch is 6.7x4.7x2.4 inches, which is too close to the size of the bag (8x6x3 in)…it could probably fit, but it would take up the majority of your space/if you could fit it, that’s all that’s going in. I’ve been using it this week with a mini pochette and that size (5.5x3.5x0.8 in) works really well. Hope that helps🙂

I actually ordered this bag too but returned it right away. I did love it but felt the handles were very squeeky and under the rolled handles were very wrinkled on the one i received. I also was not a fan of how the strapa hooked on each side of the bag. I would have kept the bag but the wrinkling under the handles did bother me, i think it was a defect.

Hi! Thank you for the video. was wondering, does the way the straps are attached to the bag(like from the handles) ever bother you or you find it annoying to get in and out of? And when you’re wearing it, does the handles stick up?🙂

Yes - when I wear it crossbody/on the shoulder, the handles do stick up (mostly, sometimes the outer one flops down); however, it doesn’t bother me/I don’t notice it. The way the strap attaches to the handles is only annoying when I don’t attach them the right way and the bag pulls in a weird way - I change up the front/back configuration and it fixes it. I don’t find it difficult to get in/out of it BUT trying to zip it open/closed one-handed can be tricky at times. Despite those little things, it’s my most worn bag since I purchased it last Fall - it’s a GREAT bag. Hope that helps but let me know if you have any other questions 😀

How do you feel and what do you think after use it? Does the handle of the bag have any scratches? Is Canvas too thin? Or any Problems? I am thinking to buy it next week. I would like to make sure that i will not regret leter.

This is one of my most used bags since I purchased it back in the Fall - I LOVE this bag! There aren't any scratches on the handles or strap, but there are some wrinkles on the underneath of the handles (it was like that when I bought it though/it hasn't gotten any worse). The canvas is lightweight, but I don't think it's too thin. The only "problem" is when I wear it crossbody and leave it unzipped, it can twist/pull in a weird way depending on the side of the handles I clip the strap to (but when I notice it happening, I just re-clip it to the other side and it's fine) - I've attributed it to the fact the zipper goes along the top but also down the sides slightly (vs. say a Speedy, where the zipper is only along the top). I don't carry a lot, so the bag is often light, which can make unzipping it one-handed a little tricky, but that's getting really knit-picky 🤪 It really is a fantastic bag...good luck making your decision 🍀

Hi, can i ask if the handles on yours were squeaky (when pulled up and down) when you first got it and if yes, do they still squeak after months of using it? I went to the stores to check out the bag today and immediately noticed the handles were so squeaky and now I'm in a dilemma if i should get it cause I'm not sure if the squeakiness will eventually go away with enough use.

The handles on the bag - no. The only squeakiness I’ve encountered with this bag is with the clasp on the detachable strap (when it swivels, it makes a noise). Did they only have one? I’d check out another one and see if it makes the same noise.

Hi!! I just came across your channel and thanks for your fantastic unboxing/review! I'm thinking about adding this one to my collection as well (really torn between this one and the triomphe canvas piece, although that one is much more expensive), could you share your thoughts on how this bag fits against your body? I hated the LV speedy b 25 because it was so bulky against me and I'm afraid I'm also going to not like this one for the same reason 🤨

I was highly considering the LV Speedy B25 as well, but ultimately it was the depth of it that made me go with the Celine (plus I liked the Triomphe canvas WAY better than anything from LV…but that’s personal preference 😜). The Small Celine Boston Bag is nearly half the depth at 3in vs the LV at 5.9in - that’s a big difference/ a lot to be sticking off your side. The Celine Small Boston is my most used bag this winter and it really comes down to how easy and comfortable it is…I can’t think of a time where I thought “this is too bulky” or “this is sticking off my side too much”. It’s not going to carry as much as the Speedy B25, but if you don’t carry a lot, I think it’s a great alternative. Good luck making your decision 🍀

🤎 I’m so happy for you to have added this bag to your collection. I have the triomphe canvas in the Ava bag and I am absolutely loving it. I was worried it might remind me of LV, however, it does not at all. The slight sheen finish along with the beautiful pattern feels so feminine and special every time I carry it. Ps. Not at all - the canvas makes it super lightweight. Just weighed it, with only the strap coiled up inside, and it was less than 1 lb (.68 lbs to be exact).
