I don't know what Kl'rt has done to make anyone think he can take on Cell. But whatever it was must've been impressive.

Basically he has the powers of the FF, and all of them (minus Reed depending on one's opinion) are heralds, with feats to match. The Thing has fought Hulk several times over the years who has easily universal feats, Invisible Woman has held up her forcefields against an incursion of 2 universes, Johnny has gotten to the temperature of a supernova, and several scaling chains
