Dr.Dray, I am nearly 40 years old, and I’ve had KP my entire life. Started using the Cerva Healing Ointment with my skin still wet from the shower about a month ago as suggested in your videos, and it is nearly gone! My skin has never looked better. Thank you so much for your videos! I thoroughly enjoy them. Have a wonderful day! 🙂

Excellent video! Love hearing your perspective on topics. I totally agree with you. I have friends who have had some of the procedures you talked about and the outcome is not significant when the cost and treatment time is figured in to the equation. As a PT I had patients back 25 years ago ask me about the vibration bands for cellulite so I went with them to their gym to check them out. They feel great and do a good job of massage but it ends there. Like you said the structure needs to be modified . Thank you for sharing your experience and training. It has helped me in the choices I make. Education education and education ! You are a gem.

I definitely have the problem, have for years. It hasn't caused me not to have friends, not to have been married twice, not to have grandchildren. I have spent summers in Mexico for years having to get over the art of wearing a swimsuit daily. I eventually just had to get over it, not believing that anything I could ever afford or expect to last, I could do. Is it ugly...absolutely!! Do I wish there was some sort of magic cream...yep! I guess I wish that everyone else would be able to have the knowledge that you just spoke of in this video though. It's not because I'm eating badly etc. Great video, Dr. Dray!

Interesting video! I don't really have visible cellulite (yet) but based on genetics I'll most likely get it. To me it really depends on the placement and intensity if it would or wouldn't bother me. Quite frequently when I hear someone complain about cellulite or striae and I see what they're talking about I don't find it distracting in the slightest. I recently heard an esthetician mention that red led light therapy helps cellulite because it goes really deep into the skin. It apparently can also reduce lines/wrinkles as well as sun damage. She also said that blue led light supposedly helps with acne and wound healing. I'd be really interested to know if any of these claims are true and to what extent.

I think she may have touched on this recently. She said that a fake tan is just fine and the active ingredient isn’t harmful, but that she doesn’t fake tan because it would appear contradictory to everything she preaches on the daily about sun exposure. But jergens daily lotion is an inexpensive/pretty good one to start out with.

Caffeine works over the long term but getting caffeine INTO the skin is problematic. If you make your own soap, like I do, you can add caffeine powder to your lye solution. You may see a slight improvement after using this soap for a few months. You used to be able to buy caffeine soap, which really helped to wake you up in the mornings as an added benefit but I’m not sure if it’s still available...

While I agree with the premise that creams won’t get rid of celulite, they are basically a glorified moisturizer. And having dry flaky skin on top of a bumpy one will not do you any favours. So I would not say they are a complete waste of time, they can improve the aparece of the skin. I notice that a bunch have added caffeine and menthol in them, not sure what they are there for other then to irritate.

Hi Dr. Dray! Can I mix Azaelic acid with tazarotene gel? also since I do lots of outside ocean sports in the summer should I treat my acne in the summer with a weaker retinoid like differin instead of tazarotene? I feel like even if I wear sunscreen my face will still be more sun sensitive with the stronger retinoid than if I use differin.

yes; discuss w/ the treating physician as it depends on to what extent you are, if at all, irritated by tazarotene and how compliant you are w/ sun protection.

Dr Dray how about a review on Skin Pharmacy, exclusive to CVS? I’m especially curious about the retinol eye cream. I look forward to your reviews and blogs. The best information from a professional.

There are several components to relieving cellulite quickly. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the *CelluliteFact. Com* it's the most helpful resource i've heard of. Check out all the incredible info .?

Hi Dr. Dray! You may have already answered this, but does myofascial release help with cellulite? Have you heard of the fasciablaster? It sounds dangerous to me and I wanted to see what your opinion was. Thank you in advance!

Jolie Foucheaux the fascia blaster is not only not dangerous at all (unless you use it to bludgeon someone lol) but was amazing in smoothing out the tangled fascia causing my cellulite...I've been using it about 5 months and the difference is absolutely amazing! It's also a great tool for someone to use on you for massage when you have those pesky knots in the back.

Hello! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about *CelluliteFact. Com* , but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you considered *CelluliteFact. Com* ? I've heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin completely reduce her celullite safely with this method.?

Go here now if you want some great treatment options for cellulite: CellGone.club I just don't understand why people make such a big deal over cellulite. It's natural and should be nothing to be ashamed of, and nothing to shame people over.

Dr Dray. This doesn't have to do with this video but could you please research or post about a chemical that is found in some make-up but most important, some sunscreens. It is Benzophenone,. I see that it is banned in California because it could cause cancer. It is ok in certain percentages or should it be not used at all. Thanks so much.
