These days, I think it's nearly always the woman's decision, with this group. It's tough to fit a personal life into the touring schedule, I think. (Emma Warren left to have a baby, for example.) I will agree that the roster changes seem to be accelerating. And I also miss Megan Walsh; I wish she had done AT LEAST one more summer tour.

Members primarily leave to pursue their own solo projects, others to spend more time with family while other's took pause break for maternity leave. The long touring is one of the focal primary reasons which may effect one's choice to staying longer. One has left homesick and some have returned later on to help fill in or celebrate an anniversary years later.

@@ItFlorentin Yea it just seems unlikely theyd become more successful as a solo artist, I dont know of any that did off top of my head which makes me wonder why'd they quit a household name other than burnout or kids

@Danny_ll Well, I have purchased all of Hayley Westenra's solo albums, but she has pretty much disappeared from the musical landscape, and I don't think anyone else has had many solo albums since leaving (maybe Orla?). There were some pre-CW or contemporaneous solo albums, though (Lisa K, Chloe and Maev, I think). Lisa L has a solo album since, too.
