Can we just take a minute to appreciate the cinematography, editing, and translation that go into these videos? 🇷🇺 🇷🇺 🇷🇺
@gramursowanfaborden58205 жыл бұрын
although i don't doubt the flawlessness of the translation, the delivery is totally flat. the editing is of a high production value but i find it obnoxious, that is just my opinion though.
@Miquelalalaa5 жыл бұрын
Gramersow I like the tone, it’s unobtrusive and doesn’t try to present itself as something more grandiose than it actually is.
@gramursowanfaborden58205 жыл бұрын
it kinda does, it's really flashy, really it doesn't need the dubstep montages at all. if something isn't worth showing, don't show it, that's it innit.
@Miquelalalaa5 жыл бұрын
Gramersow Eh I think it adds. It’s kind of amusing how they make a montage of filling a lada with concrete and making it seem like something impressive and inspiring. So on that way it is grandiose, but the commentary balances that out. I like this channel because they are just having fun and experimenting because they can. Don’t take it too seriously.

It looks like a bit of a shithole (for lack of a better term). These places exist all across the world and are very common in average countries. You know it doesn't have anything to do with ISIS it does not mean anything at all except that you might dent or crack the oil pan on your engine if you are not careful driving through there. Of course if your engine is encased in a block of cement you don't need to worry.

One time I had a 1987 Dodge charger that was literally a rust bucket and it barely ran.... But it did have a title and was roadworthy. The gas lines and the fuel pump failed, as did the rear brakes and also the foot pedal was bent and screwed up for the accelerator. What I ended up doing was hilarious... I rigged the windshield wiper fluid reservoir as a one and a half gallon gas tank since it was slightly above the carburetor, then I rigged the non-working air conditioner that was stuck on heat all the time to be the throttle cable! As you turned the temperature adjuster up to hot the more the engine revved! It was extremely dangerous since it was a standard also! I ended up using it as more of a tractor to haul wood around my forest. Now looking back at it I kind of regret not restoring it, those are going to be a one-of-a-kind car!
@TerpedHaze5 жыл бұрын
My first thought was. What about the belts?
@OnlyNotes5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, it's wasting a lot of power trying to run the accessories and radiator fan. Not to mention the front wheels rubbing in the wheel wells. With a little extra prep, this project could've gone much smoother.

Back in the day at a VW show I went to, a guy built a car for the burnout competition. He took a Cabriolet and filled the whole seating tub about halfway with concrete, put two lawn chairs and an umbrella in the back. I figure that was so somebody could hang out and enjoy the party. He burned em till they blew of course. The main objective of the concrete was to keep the rear tires planted so the car would not move
