Thank you so much sir...🙏🙏🙏 ಕೆಲವೇ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೀಡಿಯೋಸ್ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಅಂದು ಕೊಳ್ತಿದ್ದೆ... ಈ sir ಗೆನು ಹೇಳ್ತಾರೆ.. ಎಲ್ಲಾರೂ ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಗೋಡಂಬಿ.. walnuts ನ ತಿನ್ನೋಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಾ ಅಂತ.. ಆದ್ರೆ ಅದೇ ನಟ್ಸ್ and seeds ಇವತ್ತು ನಾನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡ್ಡ ದಾರಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಎಂಟರಿಂದ ಒಂಭತ್ತು kg ತೂಕ ಇಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ..... ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಎಷ್ಟೊ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿ.. ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ತೂಕ 81 ರಿಂದ 72 ಕ್ಕೇ ಇಳಿದಿದೆ sir... ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಫುಡ್ habit ನಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷ ದಿಂದ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ skin problem ಕೂಡ 95% ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗಿದೆ....I can't express my happiness... ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಇದೆ ನನ್ನ food habit.... ಹಾಗೂ ಲೈಫ್ ಸ್ಟೈಲ್...🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for your valuable suggestions for weight loss. 2 yrs ago, i had followed Keto diet as suggested by a christian doctor in your you tube channel and had lost 5 kgs in 5 months" time. I was very happy. The problems were, i lost more than 50% of my hair and "gas" increased. one of my relative doctors advised me to immediately stop this diet as it would totally spoil the metabolism of the body and i will be deprived of the micro nutrients available in carbohydrate. Can you kindly advise me properly in this regard ? Also i have Uric acid levels higher than normal and have suffered gout. Have a fatty liver problem too. otherwise, i am healthy without BP, Diabetes. can i still consume Protein powder ? If so, which brand and where is it available?
