The Indian censor board is a joke. Almost every film is gruesome and it is not given A certificate. Parents bring kids to these kinds of films because it is given U/A. Kids get exposed to these gore content very early in their lives, which is dangerous.

The CGI signs in movies can be quite distracting and irritating. I appreciate you bringing this to attention. I also found it very distracting while watching movies. Perhaps the censor board should consider removing CGI signs, as viewers have the right to view movies without disruptions, while artists should still have the freedom to express their views without disruptions.

This is what I Love sri lanka. In television You cant show Violonce , Smoking, Alcohol, lip kisses and Bed Scene. if the scene is necessary for the film u can blur out the part and keep the sound . smoking and alcohol just blur out and warning ticker should shown in the screen. well organized and well knowledge people will be assigned to this job. and each movies and teledramas should be given to media ministry to preview. but in theater just the rules as in Hollywood. Sri lankan Film Corporation giving an Identy card for journalist to observe the theaters whether they are following the rules or not. better learn from Your Nearest country.

In Malaysia all heroes are same; let it be Superstar (Jailer), Thalapathy (LEO)(Beast) or even AK if needed to removed then removed by FINAS if not the movie will be blocked on the day or will be postponed release while waiting for Certificate. But if the rating is 16 the content is still there with medium gore. PG13 all will be censored by FINAS, Vadachennai and Viduthalai Part 1 all is 18+. Got to know this while working at Cinema as Part Timer.
