Centre Stage was not Susan May Pratt's only big film. Just one year previous in 1999 she was in 10 Things I Hate About You and Drive Me Crazy. Those along with TV appearances in popular shows in the 2000's made her a well known face during this time.

One of my all time favorite dance movies!! My daughter danced for years and this was one of the few movies that told it like the world of dance really is!! Thanks for the update! Hadn't heard anything from some of them!!! Sasha has even been in a Hallmark movie!!! And yes, dancing!! Of course!!

Of course a reunion would be awesome!!!!! It would also be could be a sequel where Cooper and Jody are successfully running Cooper's company that they started at the end of the very first movie. It would also be neat to see Eva and Charlie now running ABA. Eric O'Jones could be a vice president, or the top instructor in the whole company AND country. He was so sweet in the first movie, he seems like his character could relate to and get along with anyone. With his support and kind demeanour, he could be the best at bringing out his student's full potential. Eva could possibly have an encounter with a headstrong and stubborn student like she used to be. It would be interesting if both companies had some sort of big competition. I think there could be a story there!!! 😃

This is such a random video, but I love the idea of it. This movie was iconic. Not so greatly acted by the professional dancers, but it was overall very fascinating, fun, and awe inspiring But to answer your question about the reunion, I would like to see one in which some of the characters reflect their real life professions, like Charlie's actor being the new director of the ballet academy this movie is based off. I'm not sure how somebody actors would pull off some of the dance moves, given the average career span of a ballet dancer, but it'd still be fun

Why is it that the most successful of them all is only #2? Zoe Saldana has three MAJOR film franchises including Avatar, the Star Trek reboots, And Marvel Universe- Guardians of the GalaxyAnd the Avengers Infinity Stones/Endgame and beyond. And she was the lead in Colombiana. Sure looks like a racial preference for the blonde, whose career does not stand up comparatively. Many feel that Zoe even stole the screen time anytime in Center Stage she was with Amanda on together.
