People say the days of property under 30k in Portugal are finished... trust me, you can still find them!

This is one I looked at. Your video shows it in it's true light! Much better than looking at dodgy estate agents ads! I will book with you for one of these visits if possible mate! The drone footage is brilliant! Fab video 😆😆

Thanks for the upload. Camera footage is jumpy, not sure if it's YT messing with the video or if it's my PC.

Good video thought, the thing wasn't that clear was actually showing the price for real, like official documents or at least a state agent give their feed... Keep doing this great videos!

Consider my village Grocinas and Venda dos Moinas. Grocinas is great, very friendly. Home.

This next to my village in Grocinas. Coimbra is the best province. The person who mentioned landslides is talking bollocks. It's all solid rock.

Yes. No risk of landslide, I agree.

Nice view from up there , also great work! Inspired me to do a video about my property in Lagares, it is a granite house with 3 terraces with great views over the village, the commercial storefront on street level is perfect for an art studio or something like that, the store it´s currently rented. The house needs some work but it is in a very livable condition. 60.000€ for the house or 70.000 the full building including the store/studio.

Watching this makes me feel lazy. I am amazed that there are people who want to get involved in this kind of project. I have learned to buy or build new. I have met too many people in Portugal who bought dilapidated properties and it came to consume their lives. There is no Pingo Doce or Continente in Miranda do Corvo. Condeixa da nova has both. Lousa has continente.
@ricardomorais420Күн бұрын
I would never buy that due to land slides.

For the money that will take to make that into a liveable space, might be better to buy something else in the same region. Also, nothing in there seems to be up to code. I'm imagining whoever buys it, even if they are willing to invest in renovating it, will be stuck in beaurocratic council code hell for years before they are allowed to do anything with it. My hypothesis is that the house belonged to some old person that passed away, and it was inherited by someone that doesnt want, or cant put the proper investment into it to make it usable. The council could also already have marked it as Illegal and needs to be taken down, but because they dont want to spend that money themselves, they are just waiting for some duck to buy it so they can hit them with the order... Wouldnt be the first time something like that happens. If it's that cheap and still on the market, there is defintely a huge catch. Otherwise, someone would have already turned it into a rural tourism aBnB or something.

No... you don't get it. Many people will simply clean it, fix the roof and live in it, as it is. That's the point of the video. And, it is completely legal... we have checked.
