Bravo, Alessia! Dance is my favorite way to exercise mind/body/spirit, and your channel is my #1 go to for dancing at home! I use your videos 4 days- sometimes more- a week to supplement my dance training, and I have found your "Improve...." series very enlightening. I practice with you and then bring those concepts into my regular classes. I think that you incorporate just the right touch of fun into all of the workouts. This one I love because it's so graceful and flowy, and I do enjoy watching you do it because you are a beautiful example for all of us! Thank you, and keep it up!

The soft voice did actually rather go with the floaty skirt -- though not a great way for a soft voice to come about!! I really enjoyed :) A nice little routine -- and so convenient not having to pull a chair around. I like that it's follow along too.

I really love your classes. So thank you. I especially like having a center class to do at this time. And this was certainly easy to follow. My only suggestion is to have rest periods between exercises like an ordinary class. I had a hard time doing 15 minutes straight!

Hello, ce cours est très bien fait. La durée est bonne mais quelques minutes de plus peuvent être intéressantes. Cette vidéo, cet entrainement aide à travailler les mouvements de base de danse et l'équilibre aussi. Il enchaine des mouvements, ce qui est difficile pour moi, mais vraiment c'est parfait ! Thank you, Alessia. I'm glad I did the video then. I can't do it now, as I've injured my knee from a fall when I wasn't careful enough about getting onto a horse. Hopefully, I'll be able to come back to doing this video again and others of yours soon. I'm looking for videos I can do seated, and I've found some, but you might have some, too. I think you have some arms exercises, and I can look for those. Do you have others you could direct me to? (I have one leg in a knee immobilizer).

Hi Alessia! Yesterday I found your channel. today I'm subscribing! I have hard times making my legs smaller and go down in my weight a little bit. I love dancing, though I prefer dancehall and African style , BUT I see that ballet will definitely help more in sculpting the legs without growing mass. I just wonder if you can recommend how exectly to use your videos. I mean like 1 day barre workout, another day back...It would be so much easier if you help me with that! Get well soon! I love ballet but I can't take real classes for some reasons, and I have a hard time staying motivated especially because of high school classes and other priorities. Plus, my thighs hurt for awhile after doing 2 days of 1-2 hours of the workouts. Do you have any advice for staying motivated?

Ilhan you are doing a fantastic work! 2 hours workout is amazing and it is very normal to feel your muscles aching. Saying motivated is hard, you have to focus on your goal and stick to your workout routine. Sometimes we don't see results quick enough but you have to keep going and accept the facts that improvements and changes in your body don't happen overnight, one step at the time, day after day. Stay committed, write down your goals and set them weekly. Remember that after the third day pain will get easier and from there it's all downhill. It will get easier and your mind is set for anything that is coming at you! don't give up you have started this journey, you cannot leave it half way. Keep going! Ciao Alessia
