Fever instigating food… that’s new to me. Feverish probably not only energizes the bodies’ immune system, but helps you “sweat out the poisons” is an old fashioned way to say it. Thank you for this video.

Hate how people say being "skinny" is a negative. 😢 Rather not be FAT!!😂 I may be skinny, but I'm HEALTHY and have plenty of energy!!🎉🎉😂 it's never stopped me from getting my work done! 👍 I haven't been sick since I was in Jr. High!! Never even got COVID, despite everyone around me having it!!🎉🎉😂 I take D3 and K2 every day as well!! ❤️🩹 👍

Thank you for posting. Similarly, whenever I'm ill, I mix a teaspoon each of dried tumeric, cinnamon and ginger into 2 to 3 cm of hot water (in a mug) then add a pinch of black pepper, mixed spice and a table spoon of either apple cider vinegar or lemon. Mix and cool slightly (with cold water) then drink quickly. It tastes disgusting, so a tablespoon of honey is optional. Wear layers and sweat it out. (I also eat raw garlic and red onion with meals during illnesses.) Thanks again 😊

Obrigado, eu realmente gostei desta receita.

I think maybe the skin of the onion which would include garlic as it is in the same plant family. The skin is used as a medicinal compound. A long time ago I read this. Maybe you google it and see. Maybe google doesn't know? I have many books on herbal remedies. Which one I read it, I cannot say. This is a very interesting channel. Thankyou for sharing your interests.

The fire 🔥 vinegar looks colourful, it will certainly keep the body warm with the horse radish and chiles in side it..I have never tried the recipe but I'm sure it will help you out. If I feel the shivering and cold 🥶wet I take a cold power drink like lemsip and it will help me out fine .. ❤Vanessa.

Holding up a yellow and red Chili pepper and respectively mentioning "vitamins A and C" is very misleading, if not completely untrue. I am pretty sure that the vitamin content of the two peppers is pretty similar. The colour difference is NOT caused by vitamins. You can believe what you want, but please be cautious in what you advice and how you advice to your followers. Other than that: nice recipe, I am sure I would like it, and I am pretty sure it would not be bad for me. :)
