I lived at division & astor in the 00s & we used to stumble back from bars as well. (We could not do that now.) I miss the safety & consistency of 00s & early 2010s but we can still have nice things.

@@GRAFFTRealEstate ill reach out next year about buying multi families on west and sw sides.. turning them into short term rentals. ( waiting for rates to come down therefore I'm in holding pattern)
