This is going to help me get over this place that I’ve been STUCK in for waaaay too long. I can’t grow because I can’t hire and I just keep working IN my business and don’t grow enough to hire! I have to admit thought that I also allow myself to be stuck by not doing what I can do to move slowly forward. I stay in my comfort zone of working in the business. I’m feeling very optimistic now.

Why did I find this channel so late... I keep watching your videos since yesterday :D It's like you're describing me as a small struggling business owner :D Ceoentrepreneur is one of the best channels for small business owners!! Also, I'm sure you get asked this question a lot, but, are you originally Turkish? :D

Thank you for your kind words and welcome to CEO Entrepreneur 🔥. If you have any questions you’d like me to cover in a video, just put them in the comments. And to answer your question re; being Turkish… no not directly… but I think my great great grandparents must have been from Turkish origin somewhere in the family tree! And yes if I had a dollar every time someone asked this question,… 😉

Wonderful!! I like the hat idea, it can be really tough to outsource early on, yet it makes sense to start hiring ASAP! As always, amazing video, thank you!

Very insightful video, thank you. Do you have any suggestion for pillar 5, about meeting like minded people? I find myself struggling with that.

Explore some programmes or memberships that cater for business owners like yourself and help you develop yourself. In these communities, there will be other business owners that you can exchange knowledge with in the form of Masterminds and also realise you're not alone. If you're interested, CEO Entrepreneur runs a programme called The Firestarter that offers this support and community, so you can check that out here: ceoentrepreneur.com/firestarter/ We've also got a programme in the works for new business owners, so watch this space :)
