Fun run! So many tempting weapons to “ruin” the challenge, but I love when you take the fun ones. How come ya passed on the handcuffs around 29 minutes? Thought you’d maybe lock it for a wave or so to get just a little more HP.

So for Random/Random runs and cool weapons you find, I'd say that you stay with the spirit of the original weapon if you have at least half of the original weapon (in this run, 3 shotguns would be needed). Other than that, when one sees a cool weapon, one should take a cool weapon.

I feel like it also doesn't matter as much on really strong characters like masochist. I played up the bad income in game for drama, but I wasn't honestly very likely to lose this run no matter what weapons we had. More important to stick to the original on harder characters I think!

I'm watching this again. U picked up alot items instead of rolling for weapons. I might have to give that a try. It usually doesn't work for me cuz then I struggle to get them. But it works ok for u in a few vids

For the metal detector, 5% more resources is a lot Late game you can often get 500-1000 a round, that's 25-50 more resources. Even when you get it late it can pay for itself in a couple rounds

It should be, but I have found it often showing weirdly low numbers - I probably need to test it a little more, it might not be consistently 5% for some reason

Those numbers probably include harvesting which the metal detector does not buff

getting a scythe on masochist was so lucky ive only got it once in a multitasker build with 3 hp regen as my only healing so i died next wave

Apparently multiple ticking damages stack? I was hoping you'd take 1 and 3 every tick and duoble your damage boosts but it dealt a single instance of 4 instead. Oh well.

You could loose it at this point, if you did not slay the boss and get back to 100% health. Just the timing on that was kind of funny . The Masochist is probably my second favorite character, I find it incredibly run even when I don't get blood donation or bloody hand. I think just because of it's ability, and probably because it was the second character I was able to complete a danger 5 run on, right after the knight.

True! Though without the incoming full heal I (hopefully) wouldn't have gone into the corner like that. Masochist is really fun - it really makes you think about the game in a new way!
