hydraulic acid does not suit my skin and dull my skin. cerave hydrating also contains hydraulics acid and again my skin is going to be dull after using it

For my dry skin only Thriveco hydrating facial cleanser is best. It keeps my dry skin hydrated and locked moisture within and my skin feels happy for hours.

personally using Thrive co's foaming cleanser, earlier my face was so dull and dry. but after using this my skin turned youthful and more fresh. i use it daily and twice of sometimes thrice in a day, it keeps my skin hydrated and fresh for long hours. i feel more good after every wash. try this.

Yes it is, it will not cure your acne remember it will just not harm your skin and clean it for acne you can use any spot treatment creams or serums.

For cystic acne you can try cleanser with benzoyl peroxide from cerave if you have normal acne you can try cleanser with sA(salicylic acid) otherwise foaming cleanser is generally good

Cerave face wash do not treat melasma, for that you have to use serums, creams and sunscreen according to the melasma type but cerave cleansers are just for cleansing your face well.

If you want to treat your active acne just use gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleanser or simple face wash because cerave is not easily available in India. Also use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% cream on pimples at night to reduce the active acne. And when active acne reduced then use something like vitamin c serum or any blemish reduction serum to reduce acne marks. Thats it.
