I was gifted this awesome box that I wanted to show you.
Another addition to the “Dr. Sugai Compares...” Series and this time I am switching gears to the two popular OG Cerave Hydrating and Foaming Facial Cleansers and their newer Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser! Here I discuss when to use which cleanser and even try to see if the Cream-to-Foam cleanser can remove water-resistant sunscreen with one pass with the cleanser (towards end of video).

Foaming Facial Cleanser: for oily to normal skin amzn.to/2ONPNd1
Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser: for dry to normal, targets makeup removal rstyle.me/+Tz0FfxyGSbjnS0Hsnq...

You may believe changing things is tough, but just slight tweaks can work great for your skin. Remember to consume ample water. Have a 1L bottle nearby and aim to complete it. After it's done, top up it and drink another liter. If you can manage more, that's even better! If your skin is extremely dry or oily, try using litlextra riceeberry face wash. Once or twice a day should be good. It has water from black rice which gives a nice glow to skin. Don't overlook to moisturize before going to bed, based on what works best for your skin. Try to squeeze in some exercise, even if it's just 10-15 minutes. If you're busy working, take a brisk walk to the bus stop and back. If you can, use a treadmill. After, rehydrate, revitalize, have breakfast, and begin your day. It is important to stay happy and eat well. Go for foods like daals, spinach, carrot and orange juice, and yogurt. These are everyday foods that can help you feel great. And don't worry if you feel dull during bad weather - it occurs to everybody.

Myself enjoy the riceberry face wash, it's very lovely... It has an enjoyable fragrance, its face wash has a good texture, leaves the face soft and fresh after use, just loved it. Best face wash for dark spots, pigmentation, and uneven skin tone... Face wash for sensitive skin too of my brother... In 15 days I can see the difference on my face... Thanks for this lovely thing.

The CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser is the only cleanser I use on my 61 year old face. It never dries my face and leaves it soft and clean. I did buy a bottle of the Cream to Foam cleanser but didn't care for it as it dried out my face. Thanks for the video!

Your anecdote about kids with eczema resonates. Showering used to be a nightmare for me because I’d itch so badly, and my mom would shower me again from frustration that improper cleansing was the cause of the itch. Didn’t help that our ped agreed with her lol. Thank God for growing up and seeing my own doctor. 😂

Good, down-to-earth commonsense video. I switched from Cetaphil to CeraVe last October (simply because of a '3 for 2' offer). I was slightly careless and bought the version for normal to oily skin and only twigged this at the weekend. My skin felt slightly dry and I noticed some fine wrinkle, but the latter is prob. just paranoia. Anyway, after just a morning and evening wash with the CeraVe cleanser for normal to dry skin, I can detect the loss of tightness already. I came to this video as I wasn't exactly sure whether the cleanser should be used with water or removed with cotton wool pads. There were no instructions on the CeraVe container, only basic information in several languages. Hopefully, complemented by Boots No 7 Restore & Renew (for older skin ...55+) I should detect some subtle relief and improvements.

I wonder if the cream to foam will actually foam up with an “automatic foaming dispenser”. I dilute my Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser with distilled water (1:1 ) using one of these foaming dispensers and I get instant thick foam which feels like shaving cream. It feels so good going on your face.

I'm trying to determine a good wash to use at night before putting on moisturizers that may be akin to "slugging," which is why I'll only be using my benzoyl peroxide wash in the mornings, since I read you shouldn't use something like that and then "lock it in" over night. I've been leaning towards the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser. Most people talk about using it in the AM although I did read it's suitable for both AM and PM. I do have seriously dry skin between the cold winter months and the benzoyl peroxide right now. Any thoughts from anyone on why or why not to go with this option as part of my nighttime routine? Thanks in advance. :) I do have acne prone skin (why the benzoyl peroxide) with a mix of dry/oily, but mostly dry right now, and I don't wear makeup (foundation), just the occasional eyeliner and/or lipstick.

Thank you so much for encouraging the Covid-19 vaccines. My family had no side effects whatsoever from any of our shots and we had 2 different brands. It saved us from severe illness. We eventually all caught Covid and because we had had our booster shot, we just had mild head cold symptoms for a few days. The person in our household who was the youngest and had not had his booster yet, had more flu like symptoms with body aches. Everyone, please get vaccinated.

I’ve been using the 10% lactic acid+HA chemical exfoliater by The Ordinary and it stings my skin; should I stop using it? If so, what other chemical exfoliater should I use (preferably from the ordinary as well)?

Which one is best please. Hydrating cream to foam cleanser or the foaming cleanser? I don't really know the difference. Which is best for spots? Thank you.

Depends with your skin one both are Hydrating and don't strip the skin but clean to foam cleanses extra I guess, and has Salicylic acid while the Hydrating one doesn't
Which is the best cerave cleanser for you?
