What a great presentation. We have been trying to figure out my wife's dizziness, headaches and facial swelling for the past 4 months. Yesterday the physical therapist ruled out BPPV and we have furthers tests next week, but she did mention Cervicogenic dizziness. Your video has helped us understand what may be causing her issues... THANKS!!

Ive been dealing with this for years. You need to go to a chiro that will take many many xrays at the start and during treatment. The guy I am going to started with 7 xrays!

I have many Cervical Issues : disc bulges, Degenerative Disc Disease, Osteo arthritis of many areas of my spine, detected with Radiculapathy , C4-C7 is especially bad. Last MRI done about 6 months ago shows conditions are about the same form prior MRIs. My Chiro (no. 6 I've used in 10 years or so), a few weeks ago had me sit back down on a Rolling Message table, where rollers went up and down my back to the back of my head. The day before, I was helping my wife with some gardening which involved some digging into soil. I'm 70 and unfortunately, my best days are behind me because of the spinal arthritis and facet joint arthritis in many areas of my spine. The next day, as i bend over I felt more dizzy ( I have lightheadedness for a long time), shook it off and went to the Chiro. When I got back to my car form the Chiro's office - full blown room spinning Vertigo. Scared the crap out of me - for now I had to drive home which I need with great trepidation. Called the Chiro the next day, he said it is a Combo of Benign Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Sinuses, and Cervicogenic issues. Allegeries can have a bearing too bc of what they can do to your sinuses/ inner ear. I also have Tinnitus for many years. My Neurologist said it's BPPV, do the Eply Manuver exercises. Thsy don't work for me. I did have a Vertigo attack - 1st one ever- in May 2018 just before my Gallbladder surgery. That seemed to correct itself with the Maneuvers and was diagnosed by my old Neurologist and my ENT. It ws my ENT dr. who said that your sinus , inner ear, TMJ issues are all coming form your Neck issues. I beleive him more than Soinal Surgeons that i consulted - who told me No...Cervical nerves don't affect what is above the neck. They are Wrong. Look at Caring Medical UT channel , Dr. Hauser re: Cervical Instabilities, and the Havoc that can wreak. Trouble with me is that Dr, Hauser's recommended Prolotherapy is Not available near me in NY. He is in Florida.

I suffered for many months with this type of dizziness. The only thing that really cured me were STRONG AND ALMOST PAINFUL MASSAGES ON THE UPPER NECK AND NECK. All due to muscular contracture and anxiety disorder.

Interesting.... I had a horrible vertigo that lasted 5 days starting the end of August and started having neck pain and headaches and I'm better but still have lightheadedness when I move my neck and not sure why I realized that I got whiplash just before but ignored it. And I asked my doc to do a c-spine x-ray and there's alot going on with my neck. I'm still wobbly sometimes with this and lightheaded but I'm somewhat better. But still not there yet and haven't been to work in 3 weeks. So this is very helpful. I will talk to my doctor. Thank you so much. This has been scary for me. I can't do alot yet. 🙏💙

Man. It’s been 2 years for me. Doctors told me that it’s not BBPV or Meniers Disease. I have yet to get diagnosed. Now I’m thinking it could be this..

This all started after getting covid for the 2nd time in under 6 months. It also affected all of my B vitamins and Vitamin D...all are deficient. So on top of digestion issues that came out of no where then vitamins depleted and then I started with pain in my neck like stiff neck and headaches upon waking up in the morning. headaches stopped and stiffness reduced BUT this off balance feeling lingers. I had my Vertigo Balance specialist check a million things...he said it is not BPPV...my functional doctor insists it is my neck. He felt around and did some tests and said my atlas is out of line and my neck has lost its natural curve. I have no idea how this just happened overnight...seems it can all be connected. @@alexorth5172
