I’ve been diagnosed with cervicogenic headaches and I’ve had no trauma and all of my scans (MRI, MRA, CT on neck and brain) have all come back clear. I have no idea how they’ve come to this conclusion 🤦🏼♀️ I’m in chronic pain daily for almost 8 months now with no answers other than this. My pain is all on my left side (neck kind of under my ear and up and over the left side of my head and down into my left eye/across my eye under my eye brow, and sometimes down the left side of my nose and across my left jaw)

Who gave you the diagnosis? I'd say it might also be caused the Sternocleidomastoid muscle, the Temporalis muscle and the Masseter muscle. Often seen in people with stress and teeth gritting (which can also be done at night), but you need a full intake of a manual therapist or orofacial physiotherapist (jaw joint therapist).

Hey hi i had a kind of same pain which is being referred to in video Entire right side from neck to my right arm and beneath my shoulder blades it used to pain alot I used to always feel restless [continued for almost 4 years] had been to every ortho but could not find any solution One day all of sudden beneath my right ear it started paining which went to the part of right jaw so i thought of consulting ENT so that i can get the wax out of my ear but Dr said it is not because you have wax in your ear, the entire pain is because you have migraine Believe me he prescribed me some medicines and i followed it religiously, the entire pain vanished in like 8 days I was so much relieved and for the first time after 4 years i felt really very nice and comforting Hope you get your pain relieved as soon as possible

I had a major blow to my head and neck 3 years ago and the past 3 years have been beyond hell. After the injury I had major ringing in my ears and I would say I had lost 75 percent of my hearing for a good 5 months. The ringing finally stopped and I regained my hearing after several months but after that i was hit with the most horrible brain fog and cognative disfunction you could possibly imagine as well as squezzing headaches. This happened when I was 21 years old im now 24 and have not been able to do anything whatsoever IV had to quit like 4 jobs because of this and iv lost every single relationship IV had. An MRI of my brain came back good, I noticed after the injury my neck was significantly thinner and had significantly changed structurally. I had a chiropractor X ray me and he told me I had a critical whiplash injury that structurally changed my neck. After seeing 4 or 5 different doctors over the past 3 years each and everyone of them told me this has got nothing to do with your neck its just post concussion. One even told me I need a phyciatrist even though I had never had a head ache or cognative disfunction until that incident and hear I am sitting here 3 years later still in alot of ways in the same boat just waiting for it to pass I need serious help.

@ebonysage22 Жыл бұрын
Experience all of these symptoms myself, and currently the residing tenderness on only the left side of my nasal bridge, plus left temple that’s been tender for days after the overall headache. It’s always been my upper left back region for years. Chronic burning pain between left shoulder blade, often resulting in tender left trap once the first area is relieved, plus the constant, sensitive base of skull/back of the neck trigger points! There’s the awkward, clunky cracking when any of that area is at its most tense, which feels constant. Was getting bad aches a lot last year in my shoulder, down to the wrist and thumb when I would work my physical job with the chronic burning shoulder! Somehow it went away, though I’m not sure how. The list goes on and feels never ending. Crazy it’s really not an easy fix though, as the countless muscles require constant training and strengthening to rewire all these subconscious, resting postures that have been life long. Only thing that has slightly helped the last few months has been building some of the muscles and constant exercising, which isn’t easy for everyone’s schedules.
