Great eye! They are and I do happen to be in Rio rancho. It's great out here especially since this the arroyo just happens to be literally in my backyard, haha. Oh yeah I still got it, that thing's a beast. I've tipped it about four times and put it on its front one time , I couldn't back up and I had to go off a really steep ledge . It's bone stock I've had it for two and a half almost 3 years it's got about a thousand miles on it. I've pulled a couple utvs up hills out of getting stuck with it, the winch is amazing by the way and I also jump it regularly about one to two ft.

Does all cfmoto's have a matching plastic color under the paint or is it one standard color on plastic and different color paint on top? Is it durable plastic like on dirt bikes?
@lifeoffline2248
@lifeoffline2248 2 жыл бұрын
I’ve actually tipped my 4 wheeler about 4 to 5 times now the black plastic is black all the way through none of the colored plastic has been touched. And the very sides of it are somewhat loose like the back of a dirtbike but there is a lot more tension in them to be honest really durable though no chips or cracks when it sat on it side it was pretty square to the ground I didn’t touch either one of my racks in front or back just outside of the tire and the very edge of the top black plastic. I could literally sand them down a little and get ride of the tiny scratches from sliding a little after laying on its side though

It sounds like it has a lot of rattle, but that just might be the mic in your camera. Is it a loud or rough machine to run? I'm looking for something quieter I can snow plow with in the winter and ride long distances in the summer. Thanks for posting.

The mic is super sensative and it is a bit loud but i wouldnt say anylouder than normal. I have 600 plus miles on it now and it runs great i barely actually have to use 4x4 or low gear or the front diff lock . But its crazy when all are engauged haha. I take it on 30 plus mile rides into the middle of no where and havent had an issue with anything. So i think its amazing for the prices

I just picked up a 2021 model of the 600 Touring. Do you notice backfiring on rapid deceleration? I called the dealer and they told me there is no fix for that. I was told the reason for this is leaning out the fuel delivery to comply with EPA standards. Somehow that doesn't seem correct, but it's what the dealer told me. Anyone have any other ideas?

Yeah my CF 600 does the same thing You're supposed to check the valves after the break in. If the Valves aren't adjusted properly that can cause backfiring. I checked mine after break in they were still set perfect. Pain in the ass getting the plastic and gas tank off.

Just got my CF Moto 450, loads of fun, but eats fuel and a little tricky to change gear sometimes, especially into park. Also the park brake on left leaver is so stiff it is impossible to use. But metal underplates are great, as use through forest. Sadly it's 2021 model as 2022 will not be available in my country for another 4-6 months!
@lifeoffline2248
@lifeoffline2248 2 жыл бұрын
Oh man that’s what’s up. I know they take for ever to arrive haha. And yeah they sure do eat gas. As for the changing gears if you make sure and hit the breaks before you stop and hold them down, it should be easier to shift.

@lifeoffline2248 2 жыл бұрын
Haha yeah there are quite a few quirks, im going on two years and i have jumped it 3ft in the air. I nearly crapped my self haha not doing that again. 1.5 -2 feet seems ok, and then ive tipped it probably 3 times total. If you cant tip it back up with in like 10 or so secs shut it off. And i dumped on the front once. No damage at all. The bar took it all all. I did need an alignment after that, but i did it at home with alot of small adjustments. Other than that i havent had any issues. Ill probably do an oil change soon and maybe the plug and check the belt when i hit 1000miles cause i do alot of deep sand riding

@@lifeoffline2248 I moved from town to national park. Due to very undulating country lanes got rid of my sports bikes and started on quads. Thinking it would be a piece of p!ss 🤣🤣🤣 45-50 mph on a quad is well dodgy. They keep wanting to spit you off. Just waiting on the papers for my 450 to be road legal. But image she too will, either spit me in the hedge or chuck me into a tractor. Normally have my dog with me for off road so no jumps. I like my bike the only thing is I find my 600 it's a little hard on fuel. Im going to try reclocking the clutch I think they said try B1 But not positive And if that doesn't help I'm going to try a clutch kit. I find they rev too hi going slow but then I've never had a CV clutch before maybe that's gust the way they are. I went from my 1st bike which was 2002 to a 2021 big difference in 20 years. Bought that 1 new as well hope I get 20 years out of this bike and sell it running and riding like the last 1. Only tim2ill tell.
