Just wanted to share my experiance from my CFA level 1 exam. I sat down for the morning session and the person beside me had no calculator. The whole time I was expecting him to pull it out of his pocket or something. The exam starts and he has no calculator! As we are writing the exam, I can sense him furiously writing on the exam and I can only guess he was manually working the formulas. The temptation to look over just to see how the heck he was writing this exam was intolerable; I had to physically turn my back to him to stop myself from trying to peak and the proctor judging me to be cheating. I just kept my head down and kept on writing. Temptation to look can be innocent but it doesn't matter. I had friends written up for less.

My CFA test center is in the middle of nothing. I don't have a car, so I need a bag for calculator, batteries, medicine, tissues, pens/pencils, passport, ticket, lunch box (no restaurants around),... Do you think I can drop it somewhere? There will be a designated area? Thanks!
