Can I please ask what's the difference between the classes of Super Twin and Mini Twin? I can see the Super Twin now has a 700cc engine not a 650 cc?

Both using the 650NK chassis, but the supertwin is using a tuned 700cc engine. The minitwin is not using a 700, but the original 650cc engine.
