It still sucks how far sephiroth had fallen:( he went from being a legendary hero of soldier to one of the most iconic villains in all of RPGs ever that’s one thing this game depicts very well

Sephy’s silver eyebrows make it difficult to realise how beautiful he is until you look really close up 😊 having said that, still much prefer the original entry of sephy, more succinct, much more powerful. He only fought twice in the original game, one again a huge dragon, two slashes did the work. Another time using the most powerful magic (firedaga I think) to wipe out all the enemies in one go. And the theme ‘those chosen by the planet’ playing through his scenes, so ominous it sent goosebumps all over my body. ‘Anxious heart’ is also so good then followed up by ‘tcbtp’ when sephy finally broke down and went totally berserk. What an impressive introduction! That is why sephy is so popular in my opinion 😅

its sometimes a good reminder that the sephiroth that comes with jenova isnt the real sephiroth bot a jenova imposter,i think the only real sephiroth is the one we see in the between world like edge of creation and at 1:40:46 most appearences are actualy jenova. i wonder if at 1:47:34 is the real one or jenova again.

I actually think the wing is a sign of if he's the real one or not. Jenova has never been shown to have the wing when making herself look like Sephiroth. So the one at the end of the temple, beginning of the forgotten capital and the very final boss are all probably the real him.

@@RadinV1 maybe the thing is he doesnt always show the wing usualy only when he gets hurt,also he has the wing because of his jenova cells so its not strange to think jenova can have the wing aswel. but ya you might have a point.

It's never Jenova. It was always Sephiroth using her. Even in the Original.

@@SuccubiPie maybe youre right but am not so shure about that,after all its jenova's plan he is doing its not exacly his own and its known jenova can influence people heavely and for a good guy with a strong wil he shure turned evil fast. and the moment of her influencing him was expert timing,he just found out about how he was created he was angry and confused because of that and jenova made perfect us of it. maybe he is in controle but a person with that personality doesnt just go evil like that,it can happen i gues but its unlikely. to turn out like the psychopath sephiroth is now you already sort of needed to have an indiffirence or a bloated ego are allot of anger and misguidednis,sephiroth never showed anny of these sighns if you talk psychologie. in the original game you couldnt see it but in the remake just before he turns evil he has this moment of weird panting like a struggle for controle,it looked like he was fighting jenova for controle just like cloud fight for controle in certain moments of the game.
