I really digged 2003 TMNT tv show. Better than the original I would even dare say. That show was awesome. So I guess I'd better try out the gb game.

The 2003 TMNT is also a pretty underrated show, IMO. Lotsa good Turtles stuff.

When i was 7 i got a gba sp as hand me down and it came with 3 games super mario world, pokemon leafgreen and this game, and when i wasn't playing pokemon, i would watch tmnt while playing this game, ahhh good times

I love how each turtle plays a little different. It’s combat is better than Turtles In Time, in my opinion. Turtles in Time had superior music though.

I played both this and the TMNT 2007 game when they came out and I always preferred this one. It was shorter but it had so much more replay value

Best par of the game is that if you collect all the crystals you get an extra level were you fight the shredder like in the show. So each turtle gets an extra level

I reviewed this one not too long ago myself, it is great fun. Each turtle has not just his own story and a unique non beat-em-up level (Mikey's skateboard stage, Leo's shooter stage, etc.) You're right that it's short, though. Still a blast to play. I gotta put some time into TMNT soon (I just reviewed the original arcade game last month and Hyperstone Heist last night, so maybe I should wait before doing another Turtle review, though!)

There was also a sequel to this one: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus, which I think had 3D console versions. But both GBA games were also released together in a double-pack.

The way you said things in the beginning of this video, I believed this was going to be you tearing this game apart and not giving it a chance because it wasn't the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I suppose I got a wrong impression though because I saw your review of the home-console 2003 TMNT review before this one, so I assumed you'd treat this game the same way. It turns out that you didn't. In fact, you actually had almost entirely positive things to say about this game. That makes me pretty happy and I agree with nearly all the points you make.

I like Turtles Battle nexus on PS2, it´s a good Turtles game. Actually I liked all three of those PS2 Turtles games, but Battle Nexus is best of those.
