This game is fun... Especially for kids... They love it and the graphics are really really good... At least chapter one..the two player is really good

I think they released this around the same time as GTA5, too. Poor timing. Maybe if it released on PS3 and PS4 it would have fared better.

Loved this game so much. It's graphics and musics are outstanding, plus, it's a game that dares do what it wants, by narrating this magic fairy tale through theatrical cutscenes and musical-like singing scenes. Sony should have pushed it so much more.

Funny how you mention that, TV Tropes said that this game is basically LittleBigPlanet mixed with Dynamite Headdy! It was also called by some fans, as “The Nightmare Before LittleBigPlanet”.

The problem isn't that gamers would much rather buy something that's hyped than something that's fun, it's that Sony didn't do a good job of marketing puppeteer. I didn't see a lot of trailers for this game before its release.

I know it can be frustrating when a game feels under appreciated, but at the same time if this genre became popular and was made into AAA titles with a million sequels. Then the quality would surely degrade to appeal to a larger audience.

This is the most underappreciated game I've seen in a long time. It is alarming to see dogshit games like Watch Dogs rack up sales because teenage boys don't know better and because news outlets want clicks/views from those teenagers resulting in a self fulfilling prophecy. Please tell your friends and family who are gamers to buy this.

This is sort of a bad review in my opinion. It doesn't seem as though the reviewer played more than the first few levels. The different heads don't truly give you different abilities, which seems like a missed opportunity. Additionally, the cutting mechanic feels a bit off to me, and the jumping feels floaty and loose. I'd give this game a 7 if it weren't for the wonderful visuals and story. I'd say it's an 8 game. If you're interested, buy it on sale, and you will be very happy with it.

The game's incredibly appealing visually, but its gameplay intrigue wanes HORRIBLY around the third world when you stop getting power-ups that are really interesting. The dialogue also essentially takes a nosedive when Picarina becomes a major character, and the music's forgettable. Worth picking up for cheap, but I honestly had a hard time finishing it.
