Too many people in the comments trying to point to a single department responsible for the fast response, when it's actually a team effort. From the airport procedures (protocol during a hurricane), to the observational skills and response of the control tower, down to the firefighters being actually prepared and ready to go. If any single part in the entire chain is slower by a minute, it will lead to the entire rescue being delayed by a minute, so bravo to all involved at the airport.
