鲜虾鸡肉酿冬菇/香菇,宴客佳餚,

材料: Ingredients:
8朵 冬菇/香菇 - 8 mushrooms
100克鸡肉 - 100g chicken
200克 虾肉 - 200g Shrimp Meat
1茶匙 浓缩鸡精 - 1tsp Concentrated Chicken Stock
一粒 咸蛋黃 - 1 salted egg yolk
1 根葱 - 1 green onion
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
1茶匙 玉米粉 - 1 tsp corn flour
¼ 盐 - ¼ salt
半粒 鸡蛋 - ½ egg
材料 B(勾芡): Ingredients B ((for Thickening):
1茶匙 玉米粉 - 1 tsp corn flour
少许 水 - dash of water
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
中火蒸煮8分钟 - medium heat steaming for 8 minutes
装饰: Garnishing:
3~4条 小辣椒 - 3~4 bird's eye chili (chili padi)
