Has anyone tried this recipe? I have tried several Japanese versions of several western cakes. They are good but not right. Looking at the cut 10:43. The insides seems too soft, like pudding. I am really curious. I can try this recipe, but if I do not bake right, no one will eat the cake. Let me know your experience. I highly appreciate your opion. Blueberry or strawberry cheese cake always looks beautiful.

Hi, I’m from Thailand. I would like to thank you for sharing this recipe. I made this twice already. It is really good. My family and friend all love them. I reduce the sugar amount a little and add a little bit of sour cream. The Crumble base is much better than using Graham cracker crust. Thank again ^___^ I will definitely try your other recipe.

However, I found my cream cheese very very thick when I was sifting it. I wonder if we’re using the same texture of cream cheese🤨 The net weight of the cream cheese I bought is 2kg. The one you used is probably for spreading toast?
