In only speak English too, I bought this grinder mainly for espresso, Should I have bought the S3 instead?

The Mavo is best suited for espresso. The S3 doesn't grind fine enough for a good espresso. It is possible to make a small adjustment to the S3, placing a thin spacer of approximately 0.3mm, aligning the grinding wheels, as there is a small gap even at click 0.

What can you tell me about this Mavo model? Already have feedback? I'm thinking about purchasing it.

@@clessiano it's a good grinder for espresso, I've been using it for some months now, and I'm not disappointed
Hello from Russia Thanks for your video. Please tell, Mavo Phantox Pro the grinding for the jezve? Does it give a compatible grind with Comandante C40 (3-9 clicks or 6-15 red clicks)) And how the grinding changes during adjustment: smoothly and gradually or stepwise heterogeneous.

@@WayneShih does the foldable handle for x-ultra or x-pro s fit the zp6 and if so does the zp6 with the foldable handle fit the x-ultra case

Between this and 1Zpresso K series, which one is better as an all rounder grinder?
@blackpurplemail7 ай бұрын
I think this grinder is better than the 1Zpresso K series for pour-over coffee in terms of flavor clarity (not espresso). I also have a Comandante C40 and a 1Z K. I prefer the C40 for its more aromatic and layered flavor at the first sip. After getting this Marvo grinder, I feel it's on par with the C40. It's more balanced in comparison, lacking the wild, blossoming aromas but providing more sweetness while maintaining a clear and clean body. (For me, the M47 has become too heavy.)

@@blackpurplemail you have the mavo, the c40 and the k ultra? A more detailed comparison would be super interesting. Do you prefer the c40 or the mavo?

@@xenodrake4008 For light roast, the Marvo grinder produces a more diluted (watery) flavor, while the C40 offers better aroma in the initial stages. However, compared to flat burr grinders, the flavor from the C40 feels more compressed (with both mid and late stages appearing simultaneously), which results in a poor aftertaste after the coffee is swallowed. However, this is common among grinders with hand conical burrs. So the C40's good in the initial aroma stands out. I will perfer C40. On the other hand, if you often find the coffee beans you buy too acidic, then I would recommend the Mavo.
