Rinka your form has improved greatly over the past few years! I'm very impressed. The journey of taijiquan is a very long road. It requires much more than we initially understand. I'm very near 25 years of dedicated practice and train under Master Yang Jun 6th Generation Yang Family :) In a few days, I'll reach 800 days of unbroken training! I've learned so much these past years, it's very hot where I live year round in Puerto Rico, and I go to work and do construction every week! The taiji has given me much vitality and strength these past years! I want to tell you that your Strike Opponent with Twin Gusts is excellent. Your kicking also has greatly improved. Shoulders and elbows are sunk correctly, good job 👍 In bow stance, please take care to keep knee in line with toe direction, is very very important to build up the 'qua' area. You need the correct leg strength so empty and full can be clear. In Repulse Monkey, use waist body turning more, the waist is the general and the arms and legs are the troops. The energy must be directed from there, so take care waist relaxed enough for correct turning 🙏 In golden rooster on one leg, take care to extend lead hip out and body turn more to side direction. Also, you will feel the waist body turning a little more here :) Your 'Xu Ling Ding Jing' is excellent, helping spirit raising up while energy sink to dan tien. You have all the attributes to become a truly great player but you must be humble and willing to evolve your practice to follow ALL the principles of taijiquan correctly. I've found after many decades, it is a LONG road to really grasp this. You also must become quite strong. I can see your improvements and I can tell you are on the right path. I hope you find some of this small advice helpful. 🙏 Continue, move at an even pace. Work to harmonize the 3 jings, legs, waist and upper body must all work exactly together. When you catch this flavor, you will know immediately, it is light and natural yet all principles present, inner and outer match up, waist relax down whole time, separate empty and full clearly. Let the principles of taiji be your no.1 teacher! You can do it Rinka, you're great, don't ever give up! Success Through Hard Work 💛
